I had a safe place, beautiful place to rest my head ,and found friendships in the other women I lived with , that were going through the same thing I was. They have a men and women's house . Jake oversaw the houses, and made sure we all were taken care of ,from outside issues to small pleasures within the houses. Himself and Scott also made sure we had time for the gym up to 5xa week. It is mind body Spirit healing,as I've learned. We never went without. Olivia was one of the RA's that catered to the women. She made us feel like the house was truly our home. We went to the center Monday thru Friday for groups . This was the education for putting our disease in remission. I had Mike as a counselor who went to bat for me so I could remain in the program, I needed time to heal, learn, and get out of the "fight or fight" mindset. Tia was a humble asset. We had yoga and lunch provided, and had a meeting schedule she implemented so we had a mix of fellowships 6x a week. The counselors that ran groups were educated and experienced, Heidi Skylar Steve and Mike always Provided an atmosphere of education and group therapy. I'm not the same broken woman I came in as. I've transitioned to a sober house now but am still in IOP, no one is left behind . Thank you Keryn and Skylar for helping me get to this beautiful sober house. I'm forever grateful for Relief recovery.Posted on Heidi ZimmermanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
