I was incredibly please with their services and their support staff are simply incredible. They are choose candidate which they believe will cultivate a positive group therapy environment and will likely find success. I have made some great friends since coming here for outpatient treatment, and it was a breath of fresh air considering how impersonal other institutions have been. This is how mental health treatment should be done. I hope that other institutions follow the lead of Relief. Thank you again to everyone who works here. It was a life-changing experience to come here. I'm looking forward to the Alum events in the future. Special thanks to D and Steve. Love you guys!Posted on Taseen RahmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Exactly what I was looking for. All mental health workers in Cambridge should know this place.Posted on Laura LoweTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Relief is a program where the staff truly care and want the best for you — and they show it every day. The group rooms felt like such a safe place for me to open up and find myself in my recovery. I found a family at Relief, and the staff and patients I connected with feel like they’ll always be part of my journey. I’m so grateful for that. Steve is a great therapist who always makes you laugh and he’s also right there for you when things get hard. Derrick is someone I got to know more as I opened up, and he’s not only hilarious but someone whose genuine support you can truly feel. Deirdre is the best and works so hard behind the scenes to keep the program running. She is incredibly genuine and makes an effort to check in with each patient. Her office felt like a place where I could talk openly and always feel supported. Everyone keeps their door open because they truly want to hear your updates, celebrate your good news, and stand by you during the tough moments. Relief will always stay with me — through the skills I learned, the people I met, and the role it played as the first stepping stone in my early recovery. - Laura ❤️Posted on Nancy MedeirosTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm grateful that I found Relief for last two months. I'm at a better place because of the groups , they were very informative and the helpful to me. The staff is great. Whatever I needed, they were there for me. I'll miss the people and staff.Posted on Kyle SullivanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was in a dark place for a long time and didn't really know what to do or where to go. I decided to do the hard thing and I filled out a questionnaire I found online. The first call I got was from a facility out of Woburn and while they were more than willing to help, there was a conflict due to my health insurance. The second call I received was from a representative for Relief. It was immediately clear that these people care and that they truly wanted to help. It was a tough call but the more I spoke with him, the easier it became. They go out of their way to make the intake process as easy and painless as possible, and their flexible hours make it so I didn't have to miss any work in order to attend groups. I have a fairly hellish schedule and need to be up early every morning for work which meant that attending every single group in person would have been beyond challenging. Thankfully, they offer virtual attendance via zoom. I feel like a different person today than when I started the program. I know what it's like to feel lost and broken, to feel like there is no way out. But I also know that it's never too late to make a change. With their help, I finally figured out how to start making that change. They helped me develop the tools I need to continue down this road on my own, but they also taught me that it's always okay to ask for help whenever you may need it. If you are struggling with mental health, addiction, anger... anything, I urge you to reach out to the fine people at Relief. They helped me change my life when I truly thought it was impossiblePosted on IanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible care I received at Relief. From the moment I arrived, I was met with professionalism, compassion, and a sense of calm that immediately put me at ease during a highly stressful time. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I understood every step of my treatment plan and felt supported throughout the entire process. Shoutout to Nick, who is the first point of contact I made, for getting me there every day & genuinely caring about my well being. To Deirdre, thank you for listening to me & being patient. Steve, you’re rock solid & helped me more than you can imagine. Mercy, thank you for putting up with me & for listening to my needs. Coach K - you already know! Katie, thank you for being a sense of calm. And to Derrick, for always holding it down.Posted on Madison BuellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been to many PHP & IOP programs for addiction and mental health, and I can honestly say this one was different in a way that actually mattered. From the very beginning, it felt less like a facility and more like a community. Instead of feeling like I was being processed or managed, I felt seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. The environment was warm, honest, and grounding. They built me up in ways I didn’t expect. The staff was incredibly loving while still being real and straightforward, which is something I’ve found is rare in treatment settings. There was no judgment and no sugarcoating, just consistent support and accountability. For the first time, I actually looked forward to going every single day. A huge shout-out to Deirdre, the operations manager. She is truly one of a kind. Not only is she one of the kindest humans I’ve ever met, but she runs the program with a level of love and thoughtfulness you don’t see in most treatment centers. You can feel her care in every detail of how the place is run, and that makes all the difference when you’re vulnerable and trying to heal. I would recommend this program to anyone struggling with addiction or mental health challenges. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like a human being instead of a diagnosis, this is it.Posted on Paul KoenenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
